Provides leadership to a program that teaches and coaches students who desire to excel in sports and provides them with the opportunity for advanced study and participation under expert guidance in an environment conducive to learning.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a comprehensive coaching plan that aligns with the school's mission and vision.
• Manages team practices and games, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and rules.
• Works closely with administration, teachers, and parents to support student athletes' academic and personal development.
• Monitors player progress and provides constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Ensures compliance with all state and local regulations regarding athletics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful coaching experience at the high school level.
• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
