Boys Swimming Assistant Coach

About the role

The Assistant Coaching position is available at the High School Level at Huntley High School for the 2026 / 2027 School Year. The position is for Boys Swimming.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the team's operations.
• Teach and develop swimmers according to the team's training plan.
• Work closely with the Head Coach to ensure compliance with IHSA rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Certified teacher, NFHS or ASEP certification required.
• Completed IHSA sanctioned coaching course.
• Coaching experience preferred.
• High school swimming experience required.
• College swimming experiences a plus.
