Assist with the Varsity and Junior Varsity Girls Ultimate Frisbee teams under the supervision of the Director of Athletics and the Varsity Coach.
Responsibilities
- Coach players during practices and games
- Monitor attendance and academic performance of student-athletes
- Assist with team tryouts
- Scout opponents for the Varsity team
- Support the Program Advisor or Coach in any capacity needed to run a successful athletic program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- Previous successful playing and/or coaching experience
- Current CPR/AED & First Aid Certification
- Online Concussion Education Certification
- Online Implicit Bias Education Certification
- Fulfillment of MIAA Coaches Education Requirements and state requirements
- Completion of CORI Form and fingerprinting background check
Pay
- Flat rate of $1,041.00 for the contract period
- Payments issued twice per season: mid-season and end-of-season
