Responsibilities
- Supporting employee relations and compliance with federal and state labor laws
- Managing employee benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs
- Facilitating performance evaluations and career development opportunities
- Collaborating with management to implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
