Responsibilities

• Supporting employee relations and compliance with federal and state labor laws
• Managing employee benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs
• Facilitating performance evaluations and career development opportunities
• Collaborating with management to implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Knowledge of FMLA regulations and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
