About the role
As a Full-Time Box Truck Non CDL Driver, you’ll conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Deliver products directly to customer locations, unload and merchandise them according to company standards, and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle payments, manage damaged or returned items, and use handheld devices for invoicing. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, coordinate with sales teams for marketing displays, and contribute to operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-trip inspections for safety and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver products to customer locations and unload/merchandise them per company standards.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and collect payments.
- Handle damaged or returned items and process invoices using handheld devices.
- Maintain effective communication with sales teams to coordinate marketing displays.
- Keep the vehicle clean and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support company goals.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Non CDL).
- Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check and adherence to Vehicle Safety Policy.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.
- Exceptional written, organizational, and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for invoicing and transaction handling.
- Familiarity with technology for invoicing and inventory management using handheld devices.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Pay
Annual pay range: $45,000 to $50,000.
