Roles And Responsibilities
- Operate a 26,000 lb. box truck to complete daily routes for local pickups and deliveries
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods to customers, job sites, or partner locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Secure loads and ensure compliance with company and DOT safety standards
- Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery paperwork
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or by hand
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Organize and stock warehouse inventory in designated locations
- Assist in order picking, packing, staging, and shipping operations
- Support regular inventory counts and cycle audits
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and in compliance with company standards
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving box trucks up to 26,000 lbs. (non-CDL required; CDL is a plus but not necessary)
- Previous experience in delivery driving and/or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with basic inventory systems or scanners is a plus
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual Spanish preferred

- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners
- Mathematical aptitude

- Good written and verbal communication
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Combination of driving and warehouse work (indoor/outdoor)
- Frequent physical activity, including lifting, loading, and unloading
- May involve exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries
Pay/Compensation
Starting at $22.00/hr
