Box Truck Driver - Commercial Laundry

About the role

Surfside Laundry in Panama City Beach, FL is hiring Box Truck Drivers to join their commercial laundry team. This position is responsible for safely driving company box trucks, delivering clean linens, picking up soiled linens, and providing dependable service to their hospitality and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company box truck on assigned routes
• Deliver clean laundry and pick up soiled laundry from customer locations
• Load and unload laundry carts, bags, and linens
• Follow route schedules and delivery instructions
• Keep the truck clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate with supervisors and customers in a professional manner
• Complete basic delivery paperwork as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws

Requirements

• Prior box truck, delivery, route driver, or commercial driving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to safely operate a box truck
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Able to lift, push, pull, and move laundry carts or bags throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to pass company driving requirements
