About the role

The Coordinator, Gallery & Art Fair Services will be responsible for managing logistics and administrative tasks for various art exhibitions and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for art exhibitions and art fairs, including venue setup, transportation, and installation.
• Manage artist and gallery relationships to ensure smooth event execution.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide logistical support during events.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for insurance, permits, and other legal requirements.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for art fair projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in event planning or logistics management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with art logistics and art fair operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
