Box Truck Driver
The Job at a Glance
- Load/Unload PT box truck to transfer items or materials between locations
- Assist material handling team when not transporting between buildings
- Continuously maintain the organization and cleanliness of the truck
- Ensure contents are properly secured inside of the truck to prevent breakage or damage
- Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip
- Notify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered
- Comply with ICC and DOT regulations
Requirements
- Valid Class C Driver's License
- Can work the hours of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Reliable team-player with strong problem-solving skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Experience using hand trucks and electric lifts is a plus
