Temp-to-Hire: This position offers steady, full-time work, consistent local routes, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team. Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Details: Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $24.00 per hour Route Type: Local Delivery Area: Local storefronts and small warehouses Freight / Load Type: General freight Equipment: Box truck / delivery vehicle Handling: Touch freight – drivers will load, unload, and deliver freight to customers Home Time: Home Daily Non-CDL Driver Minimum Requirements: License: Valid state-issued driver's license Experience: Prior commercial delivery, route driving, or box truck experience preferred Clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to safely load and unload freight Ability to lift and handle freight as required Must meet all applicable DOT and company safety requirements Non-CDL Driver Responsibilities: Safely operate a company delivery vehicle on local routes Deliver freight to storefronts and small warehouse locations Load and unload freight using proper handling techniques Verify deliveries and obtain required signatures Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and operations Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and work environment Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Referral Program Why Work With TransForce?
