About the Role

The Box Office Ticket Sales team is responsible for providing customer service, selling tickets, and distributing will-call tickets for all ticketed events at Las Vegas Ballpark.

Responsibilities

  • Sell tickets for games, concerts, performances, and special events through the box office counter.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with ticket purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Inform customers about upcoming events, pricing, seating options, and any special promotions or discounts.
  • Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring proper handling of all payment methods.
  • Use ticketing software to process sales, issue tickets, and update event availability.
  • Manage the will-call process, ensuring tickets are correctly prepared for pickup.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to tickets, seating, or events promptly and professionally.
  • Keep accurate records of all transactions, ticket sales, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other box office attendants and staff to ensure smooth event-day operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ year’s experience in customer service or a ticket sales environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
  • Accuracy in processing transactions and handling customer information.
  • Comfort with ticketing software and basic computer skills.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on event schedules.

Pay

Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour.
