Landmark Credit Union Live is seeking a Box Office Representative to assist guests at live events.

About the role

This is a part-time position. The Box Office Representative will sell admission tickets, assist with artist guest lists, and provide customer service on ticketing questions.

Responsibilities

• Sell admission tickets at events.
• Greet guests attending events who come to the box office and maintain superior customer service.
• Aid in daily operations of the box office, including opening and closing procedures.
• Identify and distribute tickets quickly and efficiently.
• Answer customer questions in person and over the phone.
• Accurately accept customer payment while adhering to company policies.
• Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
• Provide accommodations for guests with special needs.
• Inform guests of the venue layout and assist with seat selection.
• Know how to identify fake tickets and educate guests on buying authentic tickets.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program.
• Guide guests to exits or provide assistance during emergencies.
• Participate in closing the venue after shows.
• Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows-based PC programs, and smartphones.
• Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
• Previous experience with ticketing systems preferred.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
