Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components into final enclosures or units per work orders and assembly drawings.
- Perform tasks including but not limited to: routing and securing cables, installing subassemblies, attaching hardware, and applying labels.
- Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), assembly instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Verify that all required parts and materials are available before starting assembly work.
- Inspect work during and after assembly to ensure product quality and identify any defects or deviations.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, complying with 5S and ESD protocols as required.
- Collaborate with quality assurance, engineering, and production teams to resolve build issues and recommend process improvements.
- Complete required documentation, including checklists and production records, accurately and timely.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training as needed.
- Absorb companywide tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 0–2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift to 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity to handle small components and operate equipment.
