Bowling Desk Attendant

Job Overview

The purpose of this position is to contribute to membership sales and retention; oversee the functions at the assigned desk, assist members and guests in a professional, courteous and service oriented manner; and to provide service enhancements to members and guests.

Work You’ll Do

• Welcome and greet members and guests with questions and concerns.
• Maintain schedules for usage of gyms, courts, golf simulator, batting machine, salon and/or bowling facility.
• Maintain accurate records of program participation and equipment usage.
• Reconcile daily sales depending on where you are working; either at the Proshop, Recharge, Concessions or Bowling.
• Assign alleys, collect fees, issue equipment to bowlers, and correct pin-resetting machine malfunctions.
• Operate equipment necessary for the sale of items.
• Prepare adequate supply of food and beverages for sale.
• Perform point of sale functions for change and cash sales.
• Monitor daily inventory of food and beverage supplies.
• Congduct weekly product inventory for reorder.
• Provide service enhancements to members and guests.
• Aid members with questions, concerns, and directions.

Job Requirements

• Ability to pass basic math test.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Capacity to handle and lift up to 25lbs. as needed.
• Physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
