Bowling Counter Attendant

About the Role

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team as Bowling Counter Attendants. You’ll be responsible for greeting all guests, communicating daily specials/offers, and providing exceptional guest service at the bowling counter and lanes. We’ll teach you everything you need to know – all you need is an outgoing personality, willingness to learn, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and help all guests at the counter
• Ring in purchases and complete transactions
• Offer new specials and promotions to guests
• Maintain a clean work environment at the counter and on the lanes

Requirements

• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work well as a team and contribute to other departments when needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
