About the role
The Region 9 HR Services Cooperative is seeking qualified individuals to fill various positions. This cooperative is designed to provide HR services to member organizations.
Responsibilities
- Support member organizations in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Administer benefits programs and handle related administrative tasks
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in HR
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working in a cooperative or consortium environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (optional but preferred)
