About the role

As a junior building designer you work closely with the sales advisor to understand customer wishes and translate them into a creative, well‑considered design for wooden houses and outbuildings. You participate in customer meetings, inventory the request, develop the design in Revit and create photorealistic visualisations with Lumion, paying attention to appearance, building logic and feasibility. You work in a close team of five.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales advisor to analyse customer needs.
• Attend customer meetings and inventory requirements.
• Translate wishes into creative, well‑considered designs.
• Develop plans in Revit.
• Create photorealistic visualisations and design overviews with Lumion.
• Ensure attention to appearance, building logic and constructability.
• Work in a team of five designers.

Requirements

• Mbo/hbo work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of building construction.
• Experience with Revit.
• Experience with Lumion or comparable visualisation software (pré).
• Creativity and spatial insight.
• Communicative skills and pleasure in customer contact.
• Careful working method and willingness to develop further.

Schedule

Full‑time position; 36 hours is negotiable.
