Boutique Operations Associate - Nashville, TN
About the role
We are looking for Boutique Operations Associate who is passionate about providing the highest standards of service and will be trained to be well-rounded in all activities within the Boutique.
Responsibilities
- Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL client experience
- Be the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems and Tools to act as a resource for entire Boutique Team
- Deliver exceptional customer service based on CHANEL’s service mantra, including welcoming and greeting all clients, including hosting
- Support the daily operations including opening and closing of registers, incoming and outgoing shipments, damages, stock and restock needs
- Maintain an organized and controlled stock storage system and process received stock and record into system
- Communicate inventory and supply needs to Boutique Director/Assistant
- Partner with Assistant Boutique Manager to execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory
- Hold an omni-channel mindset to directly benefit the client, producing a seamless experience from in-store to online and vice versa
- Co-own all brand image, hygiene standards and visual merchandising requirements
- Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support
- Build positive team relationships throughout the boutique to inspire trust and teamwork
Requirements
3+ years of related experience
Ability to move heavy items - may include overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs.
A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
Experience in the fragrance & beauty industry preferred
Qualifications
Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
Understanding of, and passion for client experience
Excellent communication skills
Foreign language skills are preferred but not required
Skills
Possession of a strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures, Systems and Tools
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Pay
The anticipated base range for this position is $25 through $30.90 hourly.
