What You’ll Do
- Own the day-to-day operations of our retail space — a dynamic, dimensional environment designed for discovery, where the product story evolves as often as the collections do
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing retail team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of service excellence
- Track and report on sales performance, inventory turn, and boutique profitability, adjusting strategy as needed
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and disciplined purchasing plans
- Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, identifying trends in variances and proactively resolving discrepancies
- Audit purchase order input and receiving processes to ensure accuracy from end to end, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and simplify data management
- Manage order invoicing, payments, and month-end reconciliation
- Partner closely with our Director of Spa & Wellbeing to maintain a shared understanding of financial responsibilities, cost-of-goods impact, and monthly revenue budgeting
- Ensure the boutique presentation — visual displays, product storytelling, and ambiance — stays fresh, on-brand, and aligned with seasonal themes, in partnership with the Brand Manager
- Support the Programming and Brand Manager with brand-suggested buys, execute and maintain visual merchandising standards, and share relevant reporting to help guide buying decisions based on demand and day-to-day guest interest
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a high-end luxury or specialty retail environment, preferably with buying or boutique management responsibility
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships across guests, vendors, and internal teams
- A keen eye for detail and a natural instinct for visual merchandising and product curation
- Strong business acumen, with comfort managing budgets, KPIs, and inventory
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with confidence guiding and developing a team toward shared goals
- Available to work holidays & weekends
