About the role
The Boutique Clerk role performs standard retail functions, merchandising, selling and overseeing cash operations. Works closely with volunteers, the Retail Shop Committee and the Women’s Board members.

Requirements
- Education: Associate’s Degree preferred
- Experience: Two years of experience in cash management and time‑sensitive financial reporting or relevant retail experience

Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.36 to $21.31 per hour. Compensation for part‑time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with scheduled hours and applicable full‑time equivalent (FTE).
