Boucheron, created by Frédéric Boucheron in 1858, is a French High Jewelry Maison that has evolved through four generations of direct descendants. Known for its visionary design and craftsmanship, Boucheron continues to innovate and embody excellence in Jewelry, High Jewelry, and Watchmaking.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Drive sales by providing personalized service, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces. Utilize in-depth product knowledge to showcase Boucheron’s exquisite collections and communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, product demonstration techniques, and team spirit. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Clienteling Initiatives: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service, follow-up communications, and personalized experiences. Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their preferences, occasions, and milestones, anticipating their needs and preferences. Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling targeted outreach and relationship management. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the store client base and market presence.
- Retail Operations: Ensure excellence of retail operations. Participate actively in transversal store activities such as VM, stock management, and POS systems. Follow and respect guidelines to ensure compliant processes and store security.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
- Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, including story-telling abilities, both verbally and in writing, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and strong clienteling skills.
