About the role
Become a key member of the Housekeeping QA team at The Burks Companies in Bossier City. This role involves inspecting and evaluating housekeeping practices to ensure they meet high standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas
- Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to housekeeping staff
- Document findings and report issues to management
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and industry standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer skills including data entry and report writing
