Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of EVS staff
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to company standards
- Train and develop team members
- Communicate with management regarding team performance and issues
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
