Pay and Benefits
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible, then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience with appliance repair, or transferrable skills from electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trades. Organized with the ability to complete multiple service calls in a timely manner daily while providing high levels of customer service. Provide updates and progress to manager on service requests. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook. Solid diagnostic, troubleshooting skills and proficient in basic math. Customer-first mindset and strong professional communication and written skills. Ability to explain repairs to customers in a logical manner. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain a company provided vehicle. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Ability to lift to 50 pounds or more.
Skills
Must have the ability to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances (ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, etc.). Advise customers on the correct operation of their products to enable them to utilize the appliances correctly. Offer helpful customer solutions by soft-selling products, such as accessories, service plans, maintenance plans, etc.
