Responsibilities
- Partners with the Store Training Coordinator in the training and orientation of department new hires.
- Manages, coaches, and is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and development of the store staff.
- Is responsible for the professional development of their employees.
- Leads, coaches, mentors, and provides opportunities for growth.
- Trains, demonstrates, and coaches for exceptional guest and employee experiences.
- PARTNERS WITH THE VISUAL MERCHANDISING TEAM IN THE PLANNING OF DEPARTMENT LAYOUT.
- ENSURES THAT THE DEPARTMENT IS PROPERLY MERCHANDISED
Requirements

- Willingness to work most weekends and holidays
- Three to five years of previous retail management experience preferred
