Boomi Integration Lead (UKG / Kronos) - Software Engineering Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from UKG Professional Services to Capgemini
• Establish the support model
• Drive steady-state delivery for Boomi-based integrations embedded within the UKG SaaS platform
• Combine technical leadership, transition management, and service delivery ownership

Requirements

• 10–15+ years total experience including 5+ years in Boomi
• Strong expertise in Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) Integration process design
• API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Data mapping and transformations
• Experience in leading integration platforms in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience or strong exposure to UKG / Kronos Workforce Management platform
• Understanding of Timekeeping, Labor scheduling, Payroll integrations
• Prior onshore/client-facing experience is mandatory

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82.082 - $193,440. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
