Bookkeeping Specialist and Customer Support

We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist and Customer Support to join our team. If you enjoy balancing customer service with accounting support, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in staying organized, this role is for you.
As a Bookkeeping Specialist and Customer Support, you'll play a key role in supporting our billing and accounting operations while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer billing questions and resolve account concerns professionally
- Process and post incoming customer payments
- Verify remittance information and payment documentation
- Process accounts payable invoices and expense transactions
- Reconcile purchase orders and maintain accurate parts records
- Update and maintain customer accounts within our CRM system
- Assist with inventory and database accuracy
- Support the Accounting team with additional administrative and financial tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and positive attitude when handling challenging situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to quickly learn new software and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Bookkeeping, billing, accounts payable, or accounting support experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
- Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds

USD $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
