Responsibilities
- Lead initial client interaction and information gathering
- Manage multiple company emails and answer phone calls
- Manage office operations and assist staff
- Oversee rental properties and manage related communications and bookkeeping
- Enter receipts, invoices, credits, and handle accounts payable
- Perform weekly payroll tasks
- Conduct monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and project closeouts
- Prepare reports, manage sales tax reporting, and effectively use QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other relevant accounting software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- A.A. in Accounting or 3+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred
