Bookkeeper - Hudson House East
Job Description
The Bookkeeper is responsible for the financial operations of tenant accounts and vendor payments, and completes general clerical duties relative to billing, accounts receivable/payable, or other business-related transactions.
Maintains records of all applicable transactions. Maintains owner/tenant/vendor files with proper financial documentation. Pays vendors and all invoices related to the property in a timely manner and from appropriate accounts, forwarding bills to appropriate manager for signature and review. Creates and provides end-of-month financial statements for property owners, accounting for every cent utilized in the management of the property and calculating the appropriate management fees. Interacts with owners, tenants, and vendors on a regular basis along with interacting with other property management staff to meet client’s needs. May process rent payments and three-day notices. May serve as an assistant to the accounting, billing, or a related department.

Additional Compensation
The hourly range for this position is $23 - $25. Additional Compensation: Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
