Bookkeeper Clerk
Job Summary
Strategic Solutions Management Consultants (SSMC) is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is preparing and processing daily bank deposits while ensuring accuracy and timely documentation. This position will also provide general support to the Accounting Department with various bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- Previous bookkeeping, accounting, banking, or cash-handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay
Salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
