Responsibilities
- Reconcile multiple bank and investment account statements.
- Review and confirm accounts payable invoices, enter into the accounting system and prepare payment letters for trustee signature.
- Cookordination payment activities with administrative support, account managers, banks, trustees and vendors.
- Create Fund financials, including income statements, balance sheets and related supporting schedules.
- Maintain Trust fund files and records.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
- Strong mathematical skills required.
- Minimum 40 WPM and 7,000 KPH proficiency in typing.
- Solid expertise in MS Excel & MS Word (i.e. pivot tables and lookup functions).
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers, verbally and in writing.
- Strong dedication to follow-through on all tasks and assignments.
