Responsibilities
- Maintain all financial records, process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank accounts, and oversee cash management activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and other required financial documentation for leadership
- Monitor and record revenue, including collections, deposits, and other income sources, ensuring accuracy and proper internal controls
- Process payroll and assist with employee benefits administration while maintaining payroll records and supporting personnel-related documentation
- Support the day-to-day administrative operations, including maintaining records, coordinating insurance matters, and assisting with financial audits and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with staff and vendors on financial matters, facilities-related expenditures, and special projects as needed
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll processing, and financial reporting, with proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to work effectively with staff, volunteers, and external partners
Qualifications
Starting wage for this role is $28 - $30 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
