About the role

We’re an established pet resort offering daycare, boarding, grooming, and training with nearly 30 years of experience. We take pride in giving pets a safe, fun place to stay and helping our team (both furry and human) grow.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily business transactions in QuickBooks
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
  • Process payroll
  • Generate and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)
  • Support budgeting and cash flow tracking with the general manager/owner
  • Work closely with our accountant at year-end

Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • QuickBooks desktop a must
  • Understands small business finance and accuracy is your superpower
  • Can work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
