About the role
We’re an established pet resort offering daycare, boarding, grooming, and training with nearly 30 years of experience. We take pride in giving pets a safe, fun place to stay and helping our team (both furry and human) grow.
Responsibilities
- Record daily business transactions in QuickBooks
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
- Process payroll
- Generate and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)
- Support budgeting and cash flow tracking with the general manager/owner
- Work closely with our accountant at year-end
Qualifications
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience
- QuickBooks desktop a must
- Understands small business finance and accuracy is your superpower
- Can work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
