Job Responsibilities
- Manage full charge bookkeeping activities and maintain complete and accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review trial balances to support financial reporting and account analysis.
- Record and monitor prepaid expenses and ensure proper allocation over applicable periods.
- Track operating expenses and maintain supporting documentation for accounting records.
- Prepare account schedules and roll forward analyses to support month end and year end processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience performing full cycle bookkeeping and maintaining general accounting records.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
- Ability to prepare account reconciliations and support financial reporting activities.
- Prior experience working with accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines accurately.
