This role connects service quality with the broader operating needs of premium travel, ocean and river cruises, expedition travel, events, and milestone trips. The Booking Quality Specialist ensures dependable service quality through clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes, specifically within premium travel operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by reviewing work against documented quality standards.
• Coordinate the workflow by scoring and documenting observed defects.
• Review the workflow to identify recurring failure patterns.
• Maintain the workflow by tracking corrective actions and follow-up.
• Track the workflow by turning quality findings into practical process feedback.

Role Fit

• Use Feedback Analysis and Milestone Event Coordination confidently in booking quality execution.
• Apply Compliance Checks without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Process Auditing decisions clearly for teammate understanding.

Position Details

Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
