About the role

This role operates within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning, focusing on destination, booking, supplier, sales-support, and traveler-service workflows. The Booking Quality Specialist ensures quality evidence is maintained, with confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separated. The position requires a booking-focused, quality-focused, and specialized-execution approach tailored to the unique demands of these workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate booking quality with root cause analysis, ensuring checkpoints leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
  • Review role documentation with status tracking for booking quality, maintaining clarity in source, ownership, and next steps.
  • Document quality monitoring with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting to support booking quality workflows.
  • Reconcile quality control with workflow management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and repeated errors are surfaced early.
  • Apply data accuracy while adhering to deadlines and preserving evidence.
  • Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning.
  • Use judgment for follow-up, especially when booking quality depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs combine source verification, root cause analysis, and issue escalation to keep work secure and traceable.

Quality Standards

Booking quality must remain usable under the specific demands of cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning workflows. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be identified before causing downstream rework.
