Booking Quality Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Booking Quality Specialist who can bring disciplined follow-through to service quality across personalized cruises, resorts, Caribbean and Hawaii trips, romantic travel, family vacations, and groups. The position applies specialized execution within resort travel support to live work, making accuracy and traceable follow-through more important than superficial speed.

Responsibilities

• Use process auditing and specialized execution confidently when carrying out booking quality tasks within resort travel support.
• Apply feedback analysis without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines tied to booking quality execution.
• Document family vacation operations decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning behind booking quality execution.
• Use sound judgment around compliance checks, especially when execution requires escalation instead of assumption.
• Track the workflow by helping the team score and document observed defects.
• Own the workflow by helping the team identify recurring failure patterns.
• Coordinate the workflow by helping the team track corrective actions and follow-up.
• Review the workflow by helping the team turn quality findings into practical process feedback.
• Maintain the workflow by helping the team review work against documented quality standards.

Role Outcome

Success means service quality is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history. This result is measured through specialized execution within resort travel support.

• Ability to ensure booking quality execution leaves service quality accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
