The work focuses on booking quality specialized execution within premium leisure travel support, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions are visible.

Responsibilities

• Own the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by helping the team score and document observed defects.
• Coordinate the workflow by identifying recurring failure patterns.
• Review the workflow by tracking corrective actions and follow-up.
• Maintain the workflow by turning quality findings into practical process feedback.
• Track the workflow by reviewing work against documented quality standards.

Success means service quality is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history.

Qualifications

• Use Romance Travel Coordination and Compliance Checks confidently in booking quality specialized execution.
• Apply Process Auditing without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Trend Analysis decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment around Premium Leisure Travel Support, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
