About the role
We’re launching a new book club focused on practical personal growth. This group will discuss titles like Atomic Habits, The Four Agreements, and Let Them. The facilitator will help select titles, lead discussions, and create a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Help select meaningful titles
- Lead engaging monthly discussions (via Zoom or in person in Tucson)
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Encourage reflection, conversation, and practical takeaways
Requirements
- Experience facilitating reflective, discussion-based groups
- Librarian or former librarian
- Current or retired teacher
- Adult educator
- Life coach or workshop facilitator
- Group leader
- Experienced book club host
- Retired professional who enjoys guiding meaningful conversation
Qualifications
We are especially interested in experienced facilitators who enjoy leading reflective, discussion-based groups.

Schedule
