About the Role

Provide specialized care as a Hematology/Oncology physician with Blood and Marrow Transplant training, supporting a growing adult transplant and cellular therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Manage adult Blood and Marrow Transplant and Immune Effector Cell Therapy cases, including autologous and allogeneic transplants, CAR T therapy, TIL therapy, and acute leukemia.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team supported by Advanced Practice Providers and pharmacists.
• Participate in clinical research with access to Phase I–III trials, with potential protected research time.
• Share inpatient call duties with APPs, with a four-day workweek and no outpatient clinic during inpatient service.
• Utilize Epic electronic medical records for patient management.

Requirements

• Board-certified or eligible in Hematology/Oncology with Blood and Marrow Transplant training.
• Ability to handle complex hematologic malignancies and participate in clinical trials.
• Strong collaborative skills and commitment to patient-centered care.

Schedule

Four-day workweek with no outpatient clinic during inpatient service.
