Accountabilities
- Perform a variety of duties of a training nature in assigned bonding area.
- Under instruction of a higher classified bonder or supervisor, perform a variety of bonding duties to acquire sufficient skill in order to qualify for the Bonder Sr. classification.
- Keep own work area clean and orderly.
- Refer any problems to higher classification Bonder or Supervisor.
- Program shop floor programmable equipment when necessary.
- Fabricate shop aids such as stops, guides, feeding aides and blocks to facilitate machining.
- Load part program and check against programming sheet before actual machine operation.
- Recognize improper functioning of machines and take proper corrective action.
- Maintain all required records.
- Make daily maintenance check of machines and accessories.
- Train and assist other employees as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education Requisites
- Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent resident per ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) guidelines.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or a foreign person per ITAR.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Training and mentorship guidance.
Starting Pay
Starting pay is $20 an hour.
Schedule
100% onsite role.
