We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe a brief overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (education + experience), Qualifications (maybe combine?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler. Must include only if content. We have content for About the role: description of West Star, role purpose. Could put under About the role. Responsibilities: the long list of duties. Requirements: education and experience (maybe also license). Could also include "Your Initiative", "Your Sense Of Responsibility" as part of Requirements or Qualifications? Might be better to put under Qualifications or Skills. Qualifications: maybe combine initiative, sense of responsibility, physical/mental requirements, supervision, working conditions, equipment used. But we need to avoid too many thin sections. Perhaps we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (education + experience), Qualifications (skills, initiative, responsibility, physical/mental, supervision, working conditions, equipment), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check each for substantive content. About the role: we have description of West Star and role purpose: "West Star is the fastest growing maintenance repair organization..." and "When you join our team we don’t think you should have to wait for your benefits to kick in..." plus maybe overview of lead role. That's enough. Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What you can expect as a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician at West Star:" and the "You Will Be ESSENTIAL To Many FUNCTIONS Including ..." which is essentially duties. We'll combine into a
. Requirements: education (HS diploma or equivalent, A&P license required; driver's license/passport ideal; aircraft specific factory training preferred) and experience (8+ years aviation maintenance preferred; 4+ years program specific airframes). Also maybe mention minimal supervision, lead small groups, subject matter experts. Could include that. Qualifications: could include initiative (team player, self-motivated, fast paced, deadlines), sense of responsibility (attend work, notify supervisor, reliable transportation, FAA guidelines, safety rules, customer oriented habits, direct work flow, supervise team, completion of work orders, FAA paperwork), physical requirements (lift 50 lbs, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, repetitive motion, basic PC ops), mental requirements (understand regulations, troubleshoot, work with others, coordinate projects, team management skills), supervision (will directly supervise multiple technicians, work under supervision of assigned Team Leader and Operations Manager, work with other Team Leaders), working conditions (hangar environment hot/cold, outside during aircraft runs, varied positions), equipment used (personal hand tools, pneumatic/hydraulic/electrical equipment, jacks, stands, lifts, tugs, power carts, PC and work order prints). That's a lot but we can put as a
under Qualifications. Benefits: list as earlier. Pay: hourly rate $40-$50, shift differential, semi-annual discretionary bonus, 401k match, HSA contribution. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am, shift incentive includes 10%-15% premium, paid lunch, 3 day weekends, formal airframe training, eligibility to transfer to 1st shift after 3 years. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must not include boilerplate like "Apply", "Privacy Policy", "E-Verify", etc. Must not include duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like percentages, days, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:
