About the role
The position is part of the FCT-funded project "EWRI2022 - Exploitative working relationships: Impact on employees' health and behaviors". The successful candidate will be based at BRU - Business Research Unit.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on exploitative working relationships.
- Analyze data related to employee health and behaviors.
- Collaborate with other researchers and stakeholders.
- Present findings at conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
Requirements
- Hold a PhD in Psychology, with specialization in Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior.
- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications
- A strong academic background in Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior.
- Publication record in relevant fields.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
