About the Role
Shift Leaders lead our teams in providing guests with the most exceptional experience in Southern hospitality by ensuring team members greet guests with a genuine smile and warm, inviting spirit.
Responsibilities
- Lead Bojangles quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temperature logs, and waste management
- Assist with creating and implementing plans to ensure flawless execution of Bojangles standards
- Accept payments from guests and make correct change
- Explain the menu and answer product questions for guests
- Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (25+ lbs as necessary)
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license

- Prior cash handling experience
- Prior experience using Microsoft products
