Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to assembly, maintenance, and repair of boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and vats by performing complex welding processes such as electric resistance, oxyacetylene, or arc torches.
• Perform routine maintenance activities.
• Develop solutions for various maintenance situations.
• Complete Work Orders and other maintenance documentation.
• Train and mentor maintenance employees.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of experience in the crafts of Welder/Boilermaker or a combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in welding/cutting.
• Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required aptitude.
• The selected candidate shall demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and skills while also passing a written assessment where required.

• The estimated pay range for this role is currently $29.00 - $39.00/hour.
• This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.

What You Bring

Schedule

• This role may require working a non-standard schedule, which may include shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365-day operation.
