About the Role
Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Boilermaker, supporting TOS II, at Arnold AFB TN. The selected candidate(s) will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for operating, maintaining, and supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts. The selected candidate must be available to work any shift, determined by the priority of work at the time of clearance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare test facility equipment for operations
- Prepare test articles for testing
- Install test articles and check installations
- Troubleshoot equipment, test articles, and installations in case of malfunction
- Operate plant equipment during tests
- Remove test articles after tests
- Install and maintain heavy ducting systems, heat exchangers, and condensers
- Accomplish maintenance and servicing work to keep test facility equipment operational
- Use a wide variety of hand and power tools, power equipment, measuring, and testing equipment
- Instruct less experienced craftsmen
- Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as directed
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Four (4) years of layout, industrial boilermaking, and metal fabricating work involving heavy ducting fabrication and erection
- Pre-employment Welding Tests: Successful completion of Welder Performance Qualification tests in accordance with ASME Section IX (1/2” carbon steel plate, SMAW E7018, positions 2G, 3G, and 4G, evaluated by radiography)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance and AEDC local area network access
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
- Current U.S. Citizenship
- Valid State Driver’s License

Pay
$39.88 - $44.31/hour (Effective 1 October 2026)
