BOILER ROOM AND REFRIGERATION MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
Maintenance and Reliability
Leverage labor, materials and equipment to prevent, and eliminate, equipment failures through targeted deployment of maintenance strategies, reliable execution of work management practices and reliability engineering principles. Champion failure investigation and problem identification and resolution activities.
Talent Management
Lead the development of human assets by effectively training, engaging, promoting, coaching, appraising and responding to the needs of employees. Ensure key results areas, and goals, are aligned with the organization’s strategy and long term success.
Food and People Safety
Ensure all engineering practices and procedures support a safe working culture and one that promotes the manufacturing of healthy and safe food and food ingredients.
Plant Leadership
Serve as a key member of the plant leadership team, providing overall plant and business leadership, role modeling, mentoring and coaching to others in all functions and at all levels of the operation.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in engineering or manufacturing technology or at least 5 years of proven maintenance leadership in a complex, labor intensive environment
- Knowledge of OSHA, Food Safety, Safety and Environmental Regulations
- Demonstrated skills of team building, conflict resolution, innovation and change within the work force
- Must work equally as well in a team environment and alone
- Professional verbal and written communication skills to complete proposals, presentations, policies, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using formal techniques to evaluate systems, equipment and failures
- Moderate Skill leveling Microsoft Office Suite of applications

- Base Salary: $90,055 - $109,356

About the Role
