Boiler Plumbing Technician - Residential

Day-to-Day

• Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Ensure residential boiler systems are in good working order
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance
• Use calibration instruments such as loop controllers and transmitters to test systems and make necessary adjustments
• Respond to service calls to inspect equipment when malfunctions occur
• Identify and troubleshoot the source of problems using excellent troubleshooting skills
• Provide excellent customer service by writing accurate and transparent estimates
• Repair or replace components such as gaskets, thermocouples, and miscellaneous controls
• Complete and submit required documentation for work orders

Requirements

• Experience with boiler systems
• Ability to use a tablet
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, stand, and work in confined spaces
• Plumbing experience is a plus
