Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies that support student success and institutional goals.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to ensure high-quality educational programs and services.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation to support institutional operations and initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote the mission and vision of the South Dakota Board of Regents.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in higher education administration or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with strategic planning and implementation.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting higher education.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Skills

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
