About the role
We are looking for charismatic, hard-working, and detail-oriented team members to join our Back of House (BOH) team in a fun, challenging, team-based environment. We seek strong communicators who are both personable and perceptive to help us continue our tradition of award-winning pizza, as featured on the Food Network, the Cooking Channel, and USA Today.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the team and your station are in a safe and clean working environment.
- Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
- Communicate clearly with the team and demonstrate a "Team Attitude" by assisting anyone in the restaurant as needed.
- Prep fresh ingredients at the beginning of every shift (e.g., chopping vegetables/fruit, cutting meat).
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
- Stock and restock stations at the beginning and end of every shift.
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Be familiar with all areas of the kitchen, including Stretch, Topping, Expo, Appetizer/Salad station, Dish room, and Prep Station.
Pay
Starting pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
